It is important in our line of work to make sure that hard deadlines are met, otherwise the all-important visitor numbers could be adversely affected. From the outset of each project, MCD establishes and communicates a clear and detailed programme of works. Project progress is continually assessed, changes communicated, roadblocks identified – this provides us with a reassurance we couldn’t get with other partners. Those hard deadlines….to date, MCD have never missed one!
